General Terms and Conditions

• All the selling price are quoted according by our purchases currency and it does not including freight charges or Goverment Services Tax.

• All payments terms follow as per quote or by an agreement. For Cash On Delivery, payment may be required before the product is provided.

• We have right to Change credit terms and may establish and/or revise a credit limit at any time when, in Company’s opinion, Customer’s financial condition or previous payment record.

• We reserves the right to amend or adjust the original quoted amount or re-invoice the Customer if the original quoted amount was based upon incorrect information received at the time of the original quote.

• Standard delivery time for local mainland take up to 3-5 working days and depend on items purchases.

• Certain product need to take time for ordering or shipping out from overseas agent's and/or supplier's.

• Some items require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, quantity ordered and destination.



• We reserve the rights to invalidate the warranty :-

i) If the warranty of the product are expired.

ii) If the purchases product are not sales directly from our company or branches.

iii) Warranty provision will be free of charges and we will decide whether it is under repair claims or the replacement of the appliance.

iv) Malfunctions and damages caused by the user's abuse and neglect, or through other circumstances such as fire, floods, lightning, environmental pollution, and/or abnormal electricity currents will not be covered by the warranty.

v) All other circumstances are subject to conditions in the warranty.
